Drive Rivets

The drive rivet enables one person to secure sheet materials to like or unlike material or to brickwork, concrete or wood from one side of the work using only a hammer as the placing tool.

The drive has a special large diameter, low profile head which provides a greater bearing surface on materials such as plywood or plastic and gives a neat appearance in installation.

For those applications where a tamperproof fastening is required such as in the fastening of TIR containers or the fixing of fencing the stainless steel head pin ensures the fastening cannot be easily removed. The chamfered end of the drive rivet allows fast installation without the need for special installation equipment, all that is required are corresponding holes in the mating components and a hammer to drive the rivet home.
